All level meetings will take place in the John Hack meeting room. A parent or guardian for each player is expected to attend.

SPARTAN REC LEAGUE: New this year! This program’s focus is to give a low cost and low commitment opportunity to boys and girls who wish to play hockey in a recreational environment that is both fun and safe. The Spartan Rec League will be coordinated by USA Hockey Certified Coaches. Ice times will be one hour in duration. The typical session will include 10 or 15 minutes of warm-ups and basic hockey instruction followed by a "game". Jerseys will be provided but "games" will not be "official" and will not be scored. The focus will always be on FUN!
Here is what you need to know about the SPARTAN REC LEAGUE:
No travel (all activities take place at SAHA, primarily on outdoor ice and primarily on Wednesday evenings)
Meets November – March on average of once a week (all skaters have access to SAHA outdoor ice and indoor dryland facility area use during facility open hours)
Boys and girls ages 9 – 14
No fundraising or volunteer hour commitments
The fee for Spartan Rec League is $100
SAHA is taking equipment donations for use during learn to skate and Rec League!
If you have helmets, gloves, pants, shin pads, elbow pads, and skates you would like to donate please bring them during the first week of clinics!
There will be a table near the equipment room for drop off.
Upper Lakes Foods is once again supporting SAHA and is providing a fundraising opportunity to help parents and players earn money to put towards hockey fees.
Please note there are 2 order forms below. One is for you to use and sell product, and one is for you to turn in to SAHA with your payment. You will keep the original sales sheet and only turn in totals and payment to SAHA.
Orders are due and must be turned in to the SAHA office mailbox in an envelope clearly marked ULF FUNDRAISER by October 13th. Any checks should be payable to SAHA.
Orders will be delivered mid November, and you will receive your profit check when you pick up your items.
